With so many dear friends pregnant this fall, I’ve been considering what options exist for Halloween costumes when you are visibly, nay,  staggeringly, pregnant, but still determined to have a good time on Halloween. Even if you’re not pregnant, there are some quite clever ones that might still inspire your own costume this year.  Surprising absolutely no one, the zombie fetus is my favorite, with any pregnant lady willing to rock out as Fat Elvis coming in a very close second.
