Kittens, tonight’s featured horror short is One Last Dive, one of four one-minute shorts from a 2013 horror anthology known as the The 3:07 AM Project. Created as part of a promotional campaign for the recently released (and well-reviewed) horror flick The Conjuring, the anthology features some names familiar to horror buffs, such as Ti West (The House of the Devil, The Innkeepers) and Nacho Vigalondo (Timecrimes, The ABC’s of Death). Our featured short of the week, One Last Dive, was created by Jason Eisener (who also wrote and directed Hobo with a Shotgun and the previously featured Treevenge) and is the strongest of the bunch. One minute is perhaps more than enough for terror when cold, dark waters clutch you tight. Enjoy!

Eva,
I’m laughing, because I jumped, even though I knew what was coming, I fucking jumped.

I’m so glad you liked it, darling. It reminded me of a short story I enjoyed from Reddit’s excellent two-sentence horror story thread. “When I finally grabbed her in the darkness, I swam straight back to the surface. It never occurred to me how fast the ice could freeze over.”
This is my second fave now. Good one.
I know, I know…you think the short ones are best! Consider the 60 second ones dedicated to you, darling. 🙂
It is my favorite one I have seen,it creeped me way out.Thank you for sharing these with me
Always happy to have you come by for a visit, Sarah – stop back any time! 🙂

Mission accomplished!!! 😉
