Hate to be a wet blanket but that is actually a picture of Myrtle and Gertle the Binghamton Bandits. They were old lady midgets who wore masks and carried spears and big pizza oven spatula things. They robbed 47 banks in NY state before being caught by a security guard who was the first to realize that it was ridiculous to be afraid of them.
