Darlings, we’ve reached the final Friday in February, which brings our month-long spotlight on Women in Horror to an end. Of course, we couldn’t close things out without one final twisted short film to send February out on a properly horrific note! Tonight’s short is Rootless Heart, a stop-motion animation directed by Toshiko Hata that introduces us to possibly one of the creepiest animated malefactors ever to grace Friday Night Features.
