Kittens, I had to pass along this fantastic DIY tutorial for a Victorian-inspired two-in-one skirt by learning to fly.  This one does require some sewing, but I love the easy, straight-forward instructions and quirky hand-drawn diagrams. With a little patience, this is a great basic skirt for a lot of costumes, from Steampunk and Victorian-era Haunted Mansion to saucy Saloon Girl. Happy sewing!
