This breaks my streak of cards that go together.  These two things seem to cancel each other out.  If you can cast a spell you don’t need to go trick or treating.  You could just whip up some candy all magical like.  Buuuut if you can’t cast spells then you have to go out and get candy.  Buuuuuuuuut if you are an adult and can afford a costume then you could really just go buy your own candy.

Buuuuuuuuuuut it might be fun to see what your neighbors give out.  Do the people with the nice car give out full size candy?  Any jerks handing out Necco Wafers?  Hmm.  Maybe that is how they tie together.  If you had spell casting ability (Hogwarts kind, not D&D kind) and knew which neighbors were cheap, you could hex them for it.  Giving out a rationed amount of Hershey’s Kisses, Mrs. Danforth?  Well how about you spend November 1st WITHOUT LIPS?

Now the Randalls, they let you take as much as you could grab with one hand.  Looks like their leaves are raking themselves this year!  ZOMG Halloween rules and I need some super powers in the worst way.
